Your Degree Portal Question Empty Your Degree Portal Question

Has anyone had issues AFTER they fill in the client's information, you submit the information, but the next time you request a NEW Your Degree Portal - the old information from the previous client pops up and you have to re-submit that info? I had that happen a few times today - AFTER I successfully submitted the info the first time.
